It is inevitable that today we are experiencing industrial revolution 4.0. Almost all businesses are using digital platform to market and/or to introduce their products. This area is emerging and start to affect how we live our life. Indonesia is currently within its ambition to be the ‘Silicon Valley’ of South East Asia. Here, we assisted several clients (startup or scale up) in adherence to data privacy regulations, service level agreement, and others.

Trade and Investment

The world is focusing on South East Asia, especially Indonesia, to be one of the biggest markets. It is no longer considered as ‘future market’ but rather a ‘NOW market’. With GDP average growth of 5%, the dramatic rise of middle-class economy, and vast number of new infrastructures, Indonesia is a very suitable place to invest. This is where we play our significant role. We provide advice for inbound and outbound investment, joint ventures, supply chain and logistics, export-import, regulatory compliance, and others.

Corporate and M&A

Accelerating growth of an organization can be conducted in many ways, organic or inorganic. Inorganic growth can be done through merger and acquisition (M&A). It can also be an additional value to shareholder’s capital. In M&A, choosing the right target company is key. We helped various clients in their effort of acquiring company/ies from end to end.
